Assignment: Initial Public Offering (Bank’s IPO)
Actively involved in the successful implementation of the IPO process for the Bank
Roles included drafting the “Offer Document” or “Prospectus” and also completing
the due diligence exercise in this regard.
Putting up recommendation notes for Appointments of Merchant Bankers,
Registrars to the Issue, Lead managers to issue, Co-Managers, Brokers to Issue etc.
