. Making apartment units ready in timely manner for new

occupancy. All required maintenance, trash out, prep and

paint, touch up painting and full paint of interior pf

apartments, patios and other exterior apartment or common

areas as needed.

. Scheduling vendors as needed

. Maintaining property grounds clean and presentable- Daily

morning trash pickup, graffiti cleanup, lighting check

. Attending to resident maintenance work requests in a timely

manner

. Perform carpentry work such as fitting doors, replacing door

jambs, building shelves, sanding and refinishing floors,

making window screens, installation of cabinets or repair of

doors and drawers, replacing kitchen counters, repairing
