. Making apartment units ready in timely manner for new
occupancy. All required maintenance, trash out, prep and
paint, touch up painting and full paint of interior pf
apartments, patios and other exterior apartment or common
areas as needed.

. Maintaining property grounds clean and presentable- Daily
morning trash pickup, graffiti cleanup, lighting check
. Attending to resident maintenance work requests in a timely
