Designed the process for manufacturing ceiling tiles.

Identified the wastes in this process using value stream mapping.

Applied the theory of constraints to eliminate the bottlenecks in the process.

Eliminated the wastes using Lean tools like 5s, Visual control, Pokayoke, JIT and Kanban.
