Texas Health Partners (THP) is a for-profit, wholly owned subsidiary of
Texas Health Resources (THR), formed for the purpose of developing,
constructing, and managing for-profit ambulatory surgery centers and short
stay hospitals in North Texas. Currently manages four fully-accredited
acute care hospitals.

. Achieved combined EBIDTA growth of over $57M (107%) over the past 5 years
(2009-13) for the following hospitals: Southlake ($4.4M); Plano ($5.1M);
Rockwall ($9.8M); Flower Mound ($37.9M). The combined discharge growth
was 49% for the same period (2009-13).
. Achieved combined $20M in Supply Surgical Implants savings during the
period of (2011-13) through the implementation of a Rebate program.

> Rockwall's unit share value increased 15X from a $5,000 initial value
in 2009 to over $75,000 in 2013 adjusted for stock splits.
> Plano has averaged over 28% Dividend Yield over the past 5 years (2010-
14).
> Flower Mound has achieved a 29% Dividend Yield in 2014.
> All four hospitals in 2013 achieved the Modern Healthcare National
Award of the Best Places to Work. The Flower Mound facility was ranked
#1 in 2013. Southlake has received the award for the past three years.

represented 54% of total pre-tax income for the Company.
