Description:
AspenTech Petroleum Scheduler (formerly Orion), is a refinery scheduling solution to replace current M3
S IMTO at all large U.S. Chevron refineries (Richmond, El Segundo and Pascagoula). I t allows planners and
schedulers to easily and quickly identify and react faster to gaps between the plan and schedule for better
a lignment. This solution manages integration with various systems, such as shipments and receipts, crude and
stream qualities, blend schedules etc. As part of this project, it also required generating various templates to
generate excel reports and also Spotfire visualization dashboards. These reports are mainly to analyze data
f rom Actuals (history), Plans and Schedules and publish them further to refinery portals and management.
Responsibilities:
