As proprietor and general manager of this full service restaurant, I dealt with all
aspects of the restaurants functions. Including but not limited to, menu preparation;
selection of cuisine styles; supervision of kitchen, bar and custodial staff, as well as
guest relations. Other business related responsibilities included; sales, food supply
ordering, special banquet events such as weddings, business luncheons and other
private functions.

Full service catering to homes, businesses and convention groups. As a subsidiary of
the main restaurant, I was able to provide my customers with a full range of
catering options both in the restaurant facility itself as well as in private homes and

to ensure that the events ran smoothly and the food presentation was up to the
expectations of the client.
