Specific experience and expertise:
*Many years of experience coordinating inbound shipments from foreign supplier’s factory door
to final consignee, end user’s facility, including foreign to foreign. Very familiar with import and
export compliance and the pertinent documentation required and the proper use of Incoterms

product and the resolution of inventory issues.

receiving of multiple products in high volume.
*I am experienced in managing inventory with 3PL providers to satisfy customer’s requirements,
and maintain stock levels for all order fulfillment and safety stock minimums.
*Familiar with auditing inventory to insure accuracy of on hand product.
*I know how to audit 3 PL providers for accurate billing and to insure that correct procedures are
followed.
*Adept at implementing procedures to insure efficiency, cost reduction and inventory accuracy.
*Experienced in assessment of orders to be able to ship in the most economic, and efficient
manner, to satisfy customer’s requirements, and be within budget parameters. This includes
preparing all necessary documentation, bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices,
shipper’s export declaration and any other required documents.
*Possesses knowledge in how to facilitate shipment movement most cost effectively, LTL
compared to truckload, ocean freight compared to air freight.
*Effective at negotiating the most competitive rates available from all carriers for both
International import and export. As well as domestic carriers.
*Knows how to customize shipments as per customer’s requests to meet their logistical needs.
*I am very experienced in all aspects of international shipping, both import and export, and all
the documentation required for both. I am experienced in working with U.S. Customs, and many
other government agencies, FDA, DOT, EPA, USDA involved in international shipping to insure
compliance. Also, familiar with customs requirements for Asia, Australia and Europe.

*I am experienced in working in a warehouse environment. I know how to drive a forklift, I
have loaded, and unloaded many trucks in the past. I have packed containers, crated goods for
