My background includes over 15 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing. I
also have experience in industrial maintenance, machine operation, collaborative
tooling design, LSS implementation, and have been trained as a Kaizen Leader. I do
enjoy team-building and feel that it is one of my stronger attributes, along with
problem solving skills. I have experience in allocating labor towards jobs and
projects to ensure on-time completion.
I have implemented a "die evaluation process", within a recent Kaizen Event, that
allowed us to maintain and predict chrome loss/wear as well as document footage
produced by individual dies, in an effort to recognize and repair worn dies before
they reach failure mode.
With years of varied experience, I believe I can bring to the table valuable
