My background includes over 15 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing. I
also have experience in industrial maintenance, machine operation, collaborative
tooling design, LSS implementation, and have been trained as a Kaizen Leader. I do
enjoy team-building and feel that it is one of my stronger attributes, along with
problem solving skills. I have experience in allocating labor towards jobs and
projects to ensure on-time completion.
I have implemented a "die evaluation process", within a recent Kaizen Event, that
allowed us to maintain and predict chrome loss/wear as well as document footage
produced by individual dies, in an effort to recognize and repair worn dies before
they reach failure mode.
With years of varied experience, I believe I can bring to the table valuable
knowledge in handling personnel matters of all types, team building, and experience
in organizing collaborative efforts working with Management, Technical, Engineering,
and hourly staff.
My wife and I are in the initial stages of relocating to Tallahassee. I am attempting
