Representative REIT Engagements for NAM Real Estate, LLC, and on

establishments, with more than thirty (30) holdings in twelve different states
Oversaw annual appraisals of the REIT, which was valued at nearly twenty four million dollars
Negotiated and drafted purchase and sale agreements for acquisitions and sales to the REIT,
drafted closing documents, and obtained and approved requisite title insurance and binders
Notable transactions:
- Purchase of three (3) former Sonic Restaurants in Texas, total price of $750,00.00
- Sale of a distressed financial institution in Orlando, Florida, at $450,000.00
- Purchase of two (2) former restaurants in the Columbus, Ohio area, at $850,000.00
- Purchase and rezoning to commercial for redevelopment of an apartment complex in
the Palm Beach, Florida area at $400,000.00
- Purchase of a former Compass Bank in Cullman, Alabama, at $250,000.00
