Erecting Steel for a Urea Fertilizer Warehouse. Prepare proper site

specific paper work to begin construction such as; MSDS, JSA's, and Hazard

Analysis. Create Inspection Sheets for site equipment, Rigging,

Scaffolding, Man Baskets, Fall Protection, PPE and Cranes. Ensure safe

working conditions for workers on site and that site safety policies and

procedures are followed. Report and investigate all incidents, near

misses, and injuries to prevent repeated occurrences. Lead JSA meetings

and train employees on equipment and other safety and health programs as

needed. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of the workplace

and correct issues found in a timely manner. Observe employees and correct
