Roles & Responsibilities:

• Human Resource:

a) Coordinate entire recruitment cycle – Sourcing to hiring

b) Coordinate with sourcing agencies

c) Source the profiles and schedule interview in consultation with HODs and Head

HR.

d) Coordinate & conduct interviews

e) Prepare salary comparison statement and issue offer letter.

f) Maintain/ update recruitment database

g) Coordinate probation assessment process and issue confirmation letters.

i) Handling monthly payroll and yearly forms for employees. Performs a wide

variety of record keeping and payroll processing activities, including computing

o) Issue of increment letters and ensure distribution to employees.

p) Coordinate promotion/ transfers and issue of promotion/ transfer letters.

q) Ensure that all exit formalities are conducted and issue relieving letter / service

certificates.

r) Help in rolling out of Policies

s) Implement employee engagement yearly program

t) Deal with issues relating to employee (in) discipline at work place in line with

company policies and legal requirements

u) Custodian of Org. Charts and JDs covering all levels (updated monthly).

v) Ensure timely updation& submission of payroll inputs.

w) Handling all employee inquiries & grievances. Negotiating with staff and their

representatives on issues relating to pay and conditions.

x) Managing HR budgets.

a) Handling Monthly budget.

b) Handling Cash & cheque entries.

c) Handling Branch expenditure and petty cash.
