Customer Complaint Handling
• The complaint is justified or not justify.
• Update the customer complaint Report
• Inform to internal departments as per customer concerns.
• Verify the Current condition of complaint area.
• Stock inspection in WIP and BSR.
• Analyze the root cause of failure.
• Prepare the 8D report and submit to the customer.
• Training given to the operator for quality concern.
• Prepare the One Point Lesson and Quality Alert.
• Verify the counter measures effectiveness.
Warranty handling
• Collect the all detail related to Failure from marketing and customer.
• The analysis is start after receiving the failure part.
• Analyze the part appearance, dimensional and in Internal testing lab.
• After the analysis prepare a analysis report and review the same internally.
• Analysis report submits to the customer after the internal review.
Joint Inspection
• Arrange all the inputs related to the specific part.
• Check the product as per drawing at the front of customer.
• Satisfy the customer with observations and measuring method.
• Explain the measurement technique specific equipment, which are use for inspection.
• Share the joint inspection report with customer and Sign off the same.
PPAP Audit with Customer
• Arrange all quality related inputs for PPAP audit.
• Attach with Production during PPAP part run and involve with customer during audit.
• Maintain the all customer specific requirement as per the drawing.
• Product inspection done as per drawing.
• Prepare the quality related reports for PPAP Submission.
• Verify the reports and submit to customer for PPAP.
• PPAP Samples send to customer for their verification and PSW.
Customer Specific Requirement
• Generate the customer specific requirement matrix.
• Verify the CSR for all customers.
• Take the actions for abnormal parameters, which are not achieve the CSR.
• Submit the data to customers as per their requirement.
• Audit the internal effectiveness of CSR.

• Continue updating the CSR.
SPC
• Maintain the SC parameters are trough the SPC.
• Audit the effectiveness of SPC process and SPC data.
• Plan the corrective action against the failure of SC Dimension.
• Initial SPC requirement is >1.67,and for Mass production is >1.33
• SPC Submit to customer at initial stage and maintain in mass production for audit purpose.

• 3D CMM 1.We have use Two types of 3D CMM .BH –V504 Size 500x400x400 Manual CMM.
• .M443 Size 400x300x300 Manual CMM.
• CMM Use incoming inspection to PDI Final part inspection. All in process SET UP Approvals, Initial
sample measurement and on line SPC are done ON 3D CMM.
• All measurement record maintained part wise in 3D CMM Set up, Initial samples & PDI.
• Capabilities are also maintained as per customer requirement and internal as per product critical
parameters CP\CPK & PP\PPK in 3D CMM.
