I would like to let you that we got a Seaman, and Sea woman training school

where we train young people how to work on Cruiser Ship. We train our young

people for 3 to 4 month in order for them to meet the international and work

on Cruiser Ship like your company. Every quarter 140 young men's and 160

young woman's graduated with a certificate. Most of our young people work on

our own domestic boat and some we employee them on Cargo ship, Tank Ship,

Long line Fishing Boat. Our graduated young people are very good in Speaking

English and in English writing as English is our second language. Because

they want to work on the big boat we train them to meet the standard level

of to become ordinary seaman's and sea woman's. This young people can handle

a all kind of Desk tasks. Our company was run by twenty one qualify and

experience staff from recognize institution such as Fiji, New Zealand,

Australia and from the UK not only that we got 6 board members which hold a

higher position in the Kiribati Government, such as PhD Doctor, Port

Authority 1st Class Engineer, Secretary to Ministry of Office of the

President, Senior Labor Officer for Ministry of Labor and Human Resources

Development, and one MP or Member of Parliament. On behalf of my Staffs and

Board Members we would like to request if you can help us employee some of

your young people on your Cruiser Ship. I am very sure that our young

qualify people will comply with your goals to achieve an higher level of

customer satisfaction and to implement supporting managerial and operational

system and be responsible for identifying customer requirements, and

ensuring that the correct procedures are followed and meet. Our objective is

to ensure that your requirement policy will met at all time. I believe that
