what was most important to the family. Met day to day quota, as well as monthly where we earned comissioned

based on these several things

Accomplishments

I was able to learn the important of empathizing with the customer instead of sympethizing. I learned how to

take control of the call and handle irate customers in a polite, but confident manner. I worked awesome with

my teammates who always pulled for eachother instead of trying to out do on another.

Skills Used

I demonstrated the ability to learn new things, and have an open mind. My listening skills improved quite a

bit. I became someone the group leaders, managers, and HR became confident that I could lead a group if

needed when someone was out sick etc
