Job Description:

• Reporting to Corporate HSE Manager (Beijing) / Dy. General Manager (Dubai) and manage project

HSE concerns in Middle East operation. Lead entire HSE aspects during project proposal and

project execution stage.

• Developed entire HSE Management documentation for Corporate Operating System. Prepared

HSE Policy, Management Manual, Procedures and operational standards in line with OHSAS

18001 & ISO 14001 requirements.

• Prepare HSE Objectives, targets & programs for the organization and oversee its implementation.

resource, competency and suitability for executing the project safely from HSE point of view.

Ensure those packages are meets with ITB/ITT.

• Scope of Work and Prepare project HSE schedule in line with master schedule. Initiate HSE

deliverables & actions accordance with project specifications, client’s requirements on timely

manner in order to achieve project targets.

• Analyze FEED stage HSE Technical Study reports, action tracking register, closeout reports, etc.

and find out actions that were referred to detail design. Notify the pending actions to respective

disciplines as appropriate.

• Support project management for executing technical HSE studies and participate as HSE delegate

in Project Hazard Analysis (HAZID, ENVID & OHRA), HAZOP, HSEIA, PHSER etc…

• Review and revalidate FEED stage HSE performance standards and develop project specific HSE

plans. Identify significant HSE hazards and aspects associated with project activities and carryout

risk assessment.

Job Description:

• Reporting to Sr. QHSE Manager and accountable to handle the entire Project HSE aspects for Oil

& Gas Automation contracts. Provide proactive support to project team for developing an efficient

HSE Management program and maintain all necessary documents as per legal other requirements

(i.e. OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 & ISO 9001)

• Prepare project specific HSE documentations such as HSE Plan, Emergency response plan, Waste

management plan, Lifting plan, Revalidation procedures etc on time and make necessary updates

to ensure adequacy. Make sure those packages are fully in line with clients specifications and they

do reflect organizational commitments.

• Observe project schedule and initiate HSE deliverable and actions on timely manner to achieve

contractors and assess their resource, competency and suitability for executing the project safely

from HSE point of view.

• Closely monitor ultra hazardous construction activities such as Hot works, Confined space entry,

Working at height, Working overboard, Manual handling, Chemical handling, Lifting operations,

Equipment operations, Excavation, Radiography etc… and ensure it is accordance with approved

methodology and applicable standards.

compliance to PTW system, Operational safety procedures etc. Correct unsafe work practices and

• Investigate root cause of all occupational accidents including near misses and initiate investigation

report along with recommendation to avoid reoccurrence. Arrange HSE Meetings with site
