I’ve been in the construction trades for over 22 years. My expertise in the trades is

outstanding. I have been involved in all types of construction from bathroom projects to

complete home, strip mall build-outs, Large apartment complex maintenance, Bank

branch remodels Property maintenance, safety and appearance assessments.

My work ethics and commitments are very strong. I’ve been married for 23years to the

same lovely lady! We raised three awesome kids. I’ve work for Paradise Builders for a

decade. I believe in commitment to all around me, no matter how hard it can get. I

believe in giving me 110 % every day. I like to make the people around me feel l ike they

are a part of the company and not just a number. The guy scraping gum of the floor is

also important.

Paradise Builders is one of two maintenance companies for Associated Bank in South

Eastern Wisconsin, With 120 branches, I.T. Center, Mortgage Center, Processing Center,

and Training center. I was in charge of emergency repairs also the remodeling of these

branches. Which includes: Vault, Teller lines, Lobby Remodels, Bathrooms, Kitchens,

accidents and vandalism repairs. We also inspected properties on a quarterly basis.

To perform all of these duties as contractor, I have 5 or 6 crew leaders under my direction

with another 10 subcontractors to complete our projects. These co-workers and subs

perform their tasks with quality work as well as efficient use of time under my direction.

As the Project Manager, I have been in charge of 15 to 20 jobs at a time. These entail

overseeing and participating in the construction and remodel of residential homes,

whether it be kitchens, baths, basements, additions, and/or any other work a client wishes

to be done.
