Proficient in Analysis, Process design, Implementation, Trouble shooting, Testing and User trainings of RP subsystem (RPS), which is an interface between the central processor (CP) and the regional processor (RP) in Ericsson’s AXE telephony switch.

Expertise in handling real-time fault scenarios in the live exchange and giving a fix to the resolve the same.

The aim of the project was to create a simplified patient care clinic system that would allow for information to be accessed, viewed and organized in different ways.

Software Project Management: IndePhilly Inc.: Worked on improving the efficiency and accuracy of the restaurant management process by centralizing the system to serve faster and have transparency in the business. This includes analyzing the scope of a software project, showing the detailed schedule of work, preparing a software project plan using computer-based planning tools (MS project tool), organizing and managing human resources in software projects, assembling a budget and to help the project manager to evaluate software project progress, cost and risk factors.

Decision Support Systems: Designed dashboard using Qlikview and used Neural networks in Matlab for Predicting Analytics.
