Primary defined responsibilities include: Regulatory compliance, EH&S compliance, and Fleet/DOT compliance, at all times, customer service, profitable business growth, including personnel/resource hiring, supervision, training and employee development for all facility sales, administrative, and operations personnel.

Assigned to support the Environmental Services Division as a Project Manager to an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for the US Army Corps of Engineers, Norfolk District, to improve the contract construction deliverables process, for multiple and simultaneous projects upon award of the contracts through varying stages and successful completion, and prevent a potential loss/default of the contract. The annual contract value was $5M, with up to four-(4) optional renewal years of $5M per year.

Stabilized the project processes, and the contract was successfully renewed.
