Greetings,
I would first like to Thank-you for taking the time to read and consider my
resume. Since June 14, 2003 I have been the owner and operator of Southwest
Missouri Erectors.
In that time I have learned much more about management, and the
construction process than college or the military could have prepared me for. From
the first meeting of prospective clients, through the design phase, finding and
ordering the building package, the bid and construction process, to the punch list, I
was leading the way with my crews, to give the customer a quality product that I
myself would be proud to own.
I have sold and built just about everything the P.E.M.B and steel business
has to offer.
From a 30x40 in a pasture, to retail centers, Gymnasiums, storage units, and much
more, I have traveled and completed all these projects, taking with me the
experience and knowledge that can only be obtained through hard work, and a
never quit attitude.
I have operated various cranes, boom trucks, and of course fork- lifts. Well versed
in all safety procedures.
I feel that with my experience, I would compliment any company looking
for an individual with communication, leadership, and management skills.
Sincerely,
Lance Ketchem
