Vice President/General Manager (2011-2015)
Integrated Solutions Division
Owned division P&L including all aspects of revenue generation ($24M) and cost management for manufacturing
and logistics operations in the US, UK, and Germany; served on the Executive Team. Directly supervised a team
of 15, with a total team size of 300+.
# Addressed the number-one revenue-generating customer’s request for worldwide pricing in dollars by
analyzing costs of production for the company’s NJ and UK facilities and executing multiple scenarios
that took currency fluctuations into consideration. The project also led to consolidating supply chain
activities and improving revenues by $460k / year.
Vice President (2008-2011)
Technology Division
Delivered leadership for factory automation software development, industrial engineering, quality, ERP/MRP, and
manufacturing engineering teams; budgetary responsibility of $4M.
# Spearheaded an architectural transformation that fueled significant growth including the on-boarding of
two acquisitions (each in fewer than 90 days), a new division that added $20M+ in revenue, and factory
capability enhancements to begin serving third parties.
# Reduced production time 32% and COGS 14%, improved customer satisfaction, and increased the
frequency of product releases by ushering in an Agile software development process and implementation
of Lean Six Sigma process improvements.
# Drove an extensive cost-benefit analysis of Mimeo’s three existing US factories in an effort to improve
margins and EBITDA; subsequently closed the California plant, which delivered an incremental $1.2M
improvement in EBITDA in year two and an ongoing 2.5 points of additional margin.
# Conducted an in-depth assessment of industry, trends, and technologies for SaaS and workflow
architectures and surveyed internal stakeholders; subsequently led team through a week-long QFD
(Quality Function Deployment) workshop to convert findings into project scope and definition for a next-

Best known for its Pantone Matching System a proprietary color space used in a variety of industries including print,
paint, fabrics, and plastics Pantone was acquired by X-Rite Corporation in 2007.
Chief Technical Officer (2011-2015)
Managed all facets of the company’s technology portfolio including software development and R&D. Directly
supervised an eight-member team; budgetary responsibility of $2M.
# Led Pantone’s first-ever release of a smart device app, allowing the company to reach a much wider
audience of potential customers and provide detailed user info to Pantone’s marketing teams. The app
subsequently became a key showpiece in establishing the company’s technical capabilities.
# Played a significant role in Pantone’s sale to X-Rite Corporation for approximately 10% more than
anticipated by assessing the relative current and potential future value of all technologies and
consolidating the information into a detailed briefing book and presentation.

Production Systems Group, Workflow Division
Spearheaded strategic planning for a $48M divisional product portfolio of R&D spend including ownership of
product managers and subject matter experts. Directly supervised 20, with a total team of 200.
# Drove an initiative to create the “FreeFlow” suite of tools and technologies, allowing Xerox to penetrate
new markets and build market share, reduce overall software spend by as much as 40%, and retire
unprofitable legacy apps. The suite was recognized as the #1 offering of its type in the industry.
# Addressed a significant gap in Xerox’s product portfolio for tools to support variable data printing by
acquiring XM Pie in less than nine months, creating new direct revenue for XM Pie products and services
as well as increased sales of Xerox print platforms, software products, and services.
General Manager of Solutions & Customer Support (1999-2003)
North America Solutions Group
Selected as the first-ever General Manager for the new Xerox high-technology/high-value systems and solutions
organization. Directly supervised 18; budgetary responsibility of $3M.
# Delivered $69M in revenue in just two years by building a sales team to penetrate new and high-end
markets with a set of new products that could be quickly integrated into North America operations.
# Developed an innovative set of sales tools that simplified and accelerated the solutions selling process,
generating $69M in revenue ($9M over plan) and facilitating 100% team quota achievement; the tools
were subsequently incorporated into other Xerox sales processes.
Product Line of Business Owner and Worldwide Marketing Manager (1995-1998)
Production Color Division
Chosen for the new role of Line of Business Manager for a Xerox product offering that targeted new markets and
applications.
# Ushered Xerox into digital color production printing with the DocuColor 40, which generated hardware
revenues of $60M in year one and $1B in total revenues by year seven; partnered with Fuji Xerox to
deliver the product 33% faster than any production platform Xerox had ever developed.
