New epoxy floor, new lighting, glass, ceramic title walls, new police statio n,

doors and frames.

4. PENN PARK -- $35 million

Grading, underground utilities, paving, sidewalks, underground water storage

system and installation of pre-fab wall in the new 24 acres multi-use sport

complex for University of Pennsylvania.

5. PATCO Electrical Substations Repairs -- $4 million

Repairs, lead abatement, painting, roofing and roof drain replacement to two

electrical substations.

Interior fit-out of eight floors, 220,000 SF in a 29 story building, includi ng,

new communicating stairs, computer room and cafeteria with a complete

kitchen.

4. Independence Capital Partners Offices -- $5 million

Interior fit-out of three floors on a 29 story building, including, new

communicating stairs and computer room.

5. Red Clay School District Capital Imp. -- $175 million

New construction, additions, renovations, ADA, mechanical, electrical,

sprinklers, communication, asbestos abatement, and site work at 25 schools.

6. Philadelphia Regional Port Authority (RPA) Paper Warehouse -- $8 million

New construction of 115,200 SF building supported by 2,041 steel concrete

filled piles.
