Interviewed and consulted with ALC’s Director of Finance, Director of IT, developers and engineers in order to capture requirements, develop appropriate specifications, test and acceptance plans to accurately and efficiently link ALC’s gaming system to their financial system.

Consultant, Project Management Office – Oracle EBS and AMS Software implementation, AICPA
Hired to take over Project Management role for a $25M project to streamline and simplify all SDLC/SaaS elements of a comprehensive ERP/CRM implementation for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
Reengineered entire project structure, plan and delivery model to realign deliverables and guide readiness for go-live launch. Developed business cases including ROI, in order to create cost-effective strategy and overall business plan to drive sales and profitability while reducing risk.
Worked closely with multiple internal teams on project planning, and provided feedback and reporting to Senior Project Management Steering Committee.
