Property Management

My main responsibility in Property Management is to ensure that the portfolio of properties and property owners is looked after at all times. In this position I am responsible for sourcing tenants for new and existing business, reference checking prospective tenants; ensuring rent is paid and on time and contractual agreements are met. It is also my duty to control general maintenance, complete entry, exit and period inspections in a thorough and precise manner.

During my time at Hillsea, I have also worked on reception covering sickness and holidays and for a period of 18 months I was asked to do inspections due to my excellent attention to detail.
