Testing Equipment and providing day-to-day support for the construction work.

When pipe production commenced, handled and prepared all the company’s pre-qualification and technical submittals, coordinated with project consultants and clients for factory visits for the product approvals.

The factory started production using the American Ameron PVC T-Lock Lining system and pipe joints were as per ASTM C-361, later the liner material was changed to LDPE and joints were modified to ASTM C-76. Therefore, special Rubber Gaskets were selected for the joints. I handled the entire subject from the very beginning until obtaining final approval from the client.

Conducted monthly production planning; monitored daily production; coordinated with customers and made necessary arrangements for daily deliveries.

Maintained the data of ISO 14001 for Measuring and Monitoring of raw materials.
