JOB PROFILE & RESPONSIBILITS:-

Handle all responsibility of production activities during shift.

Job monitoring, troubleshooting, print quality, and productivity in printing .

Responsible for production of slitting, sorting, seaming, plane die cut label machine.

Hadle all activity related to printing production.

Establishing quality standards, including checking and inspection.

As per plan & process order given to arrange materials.

Co-ordination with QA, Graphics department to arrange shade card, bromide &

other pre resource.

To do change over in the targeted time & setting the jobs,

Co-ordination to Ink, Pre-press, Planning, dispatch department for smooth function.

Preparing & Checking Daily reports.

Fallow all activities of maintance ( online & preventive)

Handel & supervision of more than 17 people team.

Maintain safety of man, machine & material.

Fallow guidelines of all mange system of work practice.

Suggest quality & online process improvement to increases production with quality.

Support customer for proofing & develop desired shade.

Operate Screen & letter press printing machine .

Hadle all activity related to printing production.

Knowledge of printing machine technical parameter ( Carona Voltage, gear, roller &

more ) & specification.

Knowledge of Printing defects & its creation like, registration, Ghost image, Ink

filling, Shade variation, Ink lifting, white spot, Hage, curl, light dark shade & much

more.

Solve trouble shutting in printing machine during operation .

Handle & manage team of printing operator ( 12-15 people).

Supervision of Team member & track performance.

Fallow pre-maintance activity & schedule of machine.

Acts as a Project Leader for the new jobs proofing and development.

In line communicate & coordinate to graphics, QA, C&I department for best

production with higher quality.

Create & mange all production report & document like SAP entry, QA-32 entry,

production entry,Scrap Report & much more ….

Knowladge of ABL& PBL tubes. Tubes parts, Specification, Technical

parameter, defect .

Actively involved in various function i.e. Kaizen, Quality Circle, suggestion

scheme & much more.

Other Knowledge:- Quality, Graphics, Nagative making, Plate making, Plate

mounting, Shade card checking & management.
