for the 1st and 2nd Shifts. Monitored alarm using the Dice System. In supervisor's absence assumed

management responsibilities of 6 to 9 employees. Followed up actual alarm reports Independently worked and

solved problems of customers who had issues and were upset. Took lead reports, Scheduled technicians to

repair alarms systems. Handled over 100 alarms a day faxed and emailed customers information on alarms

when needed.

Reason for leaving: Job was cutting back on employees.
