Recruited for this unique startup project with emphasis on Lifestyle experiences and entertainment, overseeing all aspects of the pre-opening planning, leadership selection, service delivery, and operational standards for the Revel Resort Experience, including: casino (2800 slots/120 tables), hotel operations, entertainment, food & beverage, spa, pool, and recreation. This state of the art 1900 room resort/casino complex focused on a new Lifestyle model encompasses 6 million sqft and is located directly on the beach of Atlantic City, New Jersey. Orchestrated a three-year $150M resort wide renovation scope.
Directed all facets of this private Club & Resort operation - $185M sales - 40% EBITDA.
Converted Club membership program from refundable to non-refundable systems.
