Staff Welfare: Implemented staff welfare policies with key focus on enhancing motivation levels with programs like anniversaries & birth day celebrations etc. in coordination with respective managers. Organized events such as annual day, quarter end parties, monthly gathering, annual trip, office parties.
Formulated HR policies and process: Involved in HR strategic planning with senior management to implement new policies and to review existing policy for staff welfare. Ensured governmental documentations process for all employees as per HR audit, as well as ensured employees are provided with employee benefits as per the Government. Facilitate Day One Orientation Program for new joiners to make them familiar with organization policies and processes/ensuring all logistics are arranged for Day 01 on boarding. Ensured all documentation are maintained in the joining kit and followed up for missing documents.
Training: Collated the need for training programs & organized internal programs based on training need analysis for freshers for developing multi-skilled teams.
Grievance Handling: Resolved employee grievances while mentored/ counseled employees& ensured 100% satisfaction level by solving queries/grievances in a short span of time.
Performance Management: Followed up with managers/employees for ensuring timely completion of their performance discussions and closed the process by distributing the appraisal letters.
Payroll Management: Assisted in payroll inputs by submitting various reports like attendance leave and work hour records to identify the absconding employees and reporting the same to respective departments leave application records & followed up with employees/managers to submit the same. Exit Process: Conducted exit interviews for the employees leaving the organization and initiated full and final settlement for the employees who have left the organization. Coordinated for all exit formalities including clearing all dues of absconding/resigned employees & issued no dues clearance certificate. Insured payment of group health insurance & vehicle insurance etc.
Facilities Management: Managed all housekeeping activities including administering, security, contractors and other admin department related contractors.
Leave Management: Maintaining weekly & monthly leave records of employees and proving data to payroll team.
