Oracle Database entry of Game Harvest Surveys, calling hunters from all over the nation and conducting phone interviews for game harvest numbers and predator sightings for FWP Biologists. Survey data was entered directly into the Oracle system using a Java front-end.

7 years at the State of Montana Department of Administration doing front-line customer service help desk support for the State Information Technology Services Division (SITSD) working with a variety of hardware and software platforms, database structures and mainframe system for over 7000 state customers/users with varying computer skills/knowledge.

Other Duties: Received telecommunications, mainframe and computer customer support calls and entered into Service Center database for tracking, querying, reporting and statistical analysis. I also coordinated new network and telecommunications installations using multiple vendors, circuit and routers installs, including MAU and IHUB installations and supported telecommunications, IBM mainframe, RS6000 - UNIX (Oracle Database) Novell LANs, Windows NT, and IBM compatible microcomputers.
