I am exploring all engineering as well as other related opportunities and have sent my resume for your review.

As my resume reflects, I have a very strong structural fabrication background as the owner / operator of a steel fabrication and machine shop for +25yrs. While working FT in my business, I earned a BS in Civil Engineering which greatly increased my technical knowledge on many different levels.

After enjoying a very lucrative career in the fabrication business, I sold my company to a competitor in 2010 and I am now interested in utilizing my engineering background in a new career path. Because of my experience in mechanical & ACAD drafting and my technical expertise in building structural elements for oil companies, refineries, fossil fuel, nuclear power plants including, general contractors and offshore platforms I am wholly confident this career move will be a very good fit for my background.

If you have a need for someone with my operational experience, please allow me to interview. I am free to relocate and very eager to make this career move.

Thank you for your time and consideration, I look forward to your reply.

Sincerely,

David Kloete
