CURRENT JOB PROFILE:

PERSONAL FUNCTION& COMPLANCES:

Supervise overall Time Office Functions which includes leave records, leave audits and maintaining of muster-roll, e.g. the Miss-Punches, Leaves, Short Leaves, C-offs and Outdoor duty of all employees.

PF related all works like challan withdraw PF amount,transfer P. F. Pension and all compliance in EPFO Act etc.

ESIC works like challan, Return, Attending Accident Cases and all compliance in Esic Act etc.

Responsible for wage & salary administration.

Records and legal compliance for all Labour laws like, Factories Act, Contract Labour (R&A) Act, Bonus Act, Employment Exchange Act etc.

Issue Form V to the labour contractors to get the registration

Full & Final settlement of the employees.

Complete contract labour administration.

Daily manpower reports of employees.

All verify the contractor bills and documentations & Maintain their register and attendance or over time.

Prepair the checklist Month wise of all compliance like challan, ECR, Return according to act.

Leave administration and absenteeism monitoring and control.

Maintain Time office like CL,EL & all software related works,

HR FUNCTION:-

Recruitment/Selection:

Identifying manpower requirements through proper planning & analysis and in accordance with the pre set manpower budget. Screening employees, conducting interviews for selection of best candidates and follow up with the candidates to ensure that the candidates once confirmed, join the organization.

Joining Formalities:

Documentation of joining forms, Send intimation about the joinees to the concerned departments, processing of PF nomination, issue of access cards, sending intimation for e-mail id creation and coordinating with the corporate bank for opening of corporate salary accounts for the new employees.

Induction:

Arranging for the Induction of new joinees and handling HR induction session.

Antecedent Verification:

Sending Antecedent verification form to the last employer of newly joined employees to verify their salary, designation, duration of working, performance ratings, etc.

Confirmation:

Maintaining the Probation Database, Processing the confirmation of employees, Maintaining the Probation Extension Database and follow-up.

MIS & Reports:

Daily manpower and absenteeism report, Gate pass and late coming report, Monthly over Time report and MIS preparation. Monthly preparation and presentation in power point of HR activities.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:

Completed post graduate degree Master of Business Administration in 2010 from MDU University Rohtak, in H.R. Specialization.

Completed degree Bachelor of Art with Maths in 2007 from MDU University Rohtak
