Duties:

As Senior Manager for Facilities and Client Services you shall report to and work closely with the CEO, COO and CFO and assist on all aspects relating to Facilities, Property Administration, Client Services and Project Management. You are in-charge of Front desk, Facilities Maintenance and Administration, Housekeeping, Security and Safety, Transportation, Renovations and Expansions. You will often be in direct contact with the Vice Presidents of our delivery center to understand their needs and work with them on their facility requirements. At the same time you maintain and an outstanding relationship with our service providers and suppliers in order to provide impeccable and high-quality service and products to our employees.

Responsibilities:

The Senior Manager for Facilities and Client Services will be responsible for the management of the whole Facilities and Client Services Department. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Overall Expansion Project Head of the company. Part of the duties are capacity and seat planning, fit-out vendor management, payment scheduling of contractors, materials specification and procurement recommendations.

-Responsible for monitoring all facilities of the company in the Philippines.

-Supports the business needs while providing a comfortable work environment for employees.

-Effectively manage all Administrative, Engineering, and other Facility Management functions, ensuring all procedures, processes and client requirements are undertaken in a timely, quality-high and efficient manner.

-Provide overall admin assistance on all facilities related items (i.e. purchase orders, client presentations, UPS/Generator maintenance scheduling, Vendor RFP’s, etc.).

-Design and implement programs, policies, and processes that lead to a safe, productive, secure, and environment friendly workplace.

-Worked closely with Operational Excellence in drafting, developing and implementing company-wide policies.
