Extract, cleanse, de-dupe, consolidate, reconcile and manage data from multiple sources including data from third party vendors, then re-load/import data sets into database to ensure data standardization, maintain database integrity and support accurate reporting/forecasting.
Gather information, identify relevant data and audiences, and write, update and maintain technical documents, including procedural and user documentation, user manuals, presentations, tutorials and project analysis reports.
Assess feasibility and ramifications of new business requirements.
Creatively take initial reporting and analytics requirements to build progressive, insightful and clear reporting.
Provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot all issues, assist users with database inquiries and improve day-to-day efficiencies by utilizing new and different aspects of existing systems and/or developing new custom systems.
Serve as interface between business units, end users and data management group to manage needs.
Organize and conduct periodic review and training sessions on developed database applications for groups or individuals.
Manage small team of 2 direct reports; providing supervision, training and fostering growth.
