Contracted to Eaton Aerospace Group to aid in the implementation of Manufacturing Execution System (MES). Responsibilities include data entry, interpretation of engineering drawings and specifications. Utilization of MFG Pro, ERP, BOM and Proficy. Document review, development and tracking. Photography and research of processes, tooling and equipment used in developing standard operating procedures and training materials presented within the MES system. Participated in continuous improvement activities consisting of; analyzing work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow to improve manufacturing methods. Machine/ station set up for component parts to be built working within our Kanban system. Handled incoming materials and outgoing finished goods from the Training Department. Assembly and quality inspection of automotive parts to be used in Toyota, Lexus, Ford, GM and Chevy products.
