Responsible for 80,000 sq. ft. Wood truss manufacturing plant. Maintained variety of computerized production equipment, including saws, lasers, and conveyor systems. Also responsible for general plant maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN III VSE CORPORATION MAR 2008 – JUN 2013

Maintain and repair the facility and equipment as VSE Ladysmith paint, blast and maintenance center and the VSE LMF at Green Rd. Duties included maintaining and repairing 3 phase blast booths, paint booths, wash-bay, air compressors and air filtration systems. Also perform welding and fabrication on plant equipment and US Army Reserve Command vehicles. Facility maintenance include plumbing, electrical, HVAC and compressed air distribution.

LEAD TECHNICIAN ELITE LINE SERVICES FEB 2007-FEB 2008

Maintain and repair all ground support equipment and facilities for US Airways at Reagan National Airport. Duties included HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general building maintenance. Equipment included 3 phase baggage conveyors, passenger loading bridges, diesel generators, diesel and AC powered air conditioners and de-icing trucks.

ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN II VSE CORPORATION JUN 2006-FEB 2007

Worked at the VSE Ashland facility assigned to the M796 Bolster project for 3 months then transferred to the VSE Ladysmith Maintenance Facility as a Lead Technician on the M871 project and assisted on 350 gpm pump project.

PLANT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN NORTHWEST AIRLINES AUG 1990-AUG 2005

Maintained and repaired facilities and ground equipment. Duties included HVAC plumbing, electrical and general building maintenance including baggage conveyor systems, passenger loading bridges and ground power for aircraft use. Ground equipment maintained included baggage tractors, diesel generators, air conditioning units and de-icing trucks.
