$50,000.00 and had a goal of only $25,000.00, helped with payroll, I'm very
good with running interference between management, employees & customers. I
can see both sides. I'm also very good at keeping volunteers involved &

Then they asked me to move to the office and work as a relief operator on a multi-line switchboard and take on the ordering desk. I took orders for box purchases. Had to do all the drawings for the boxes, sizes, then do the billing. Made sure all customers shipping & billing was correct. Worked a lot with customers to make sure all needs were met & they with happy.

I never missed school unless I was really sick. I had almost perfect attendance in
grade school, I got the mumps 1 day before Christmas break. I took some business classes & was a teacher's assistant for 5 years. My sophomore year my Dad passed away and I decided I needed to work and help Mom so I quit school and started working. In April 1994 I decided I wanted to get my HS diploma but didn't have time to go back to school so one day on my lunch break I ran over and asked what I needed to do to get it and they told me I had to take the test. I set up a date and 2 weeks I took the test and passed! I really didn't think I would after being out of school so long and not studying for it. I guess I was listening more in school than I thought.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
1. I volunteered for the Red Cross from 1983 to 1995 when I was hired. I helped
people who had lost their home to a disaster such as house fire, tornado, etc.
2. I received the highest award Red Cross gives in Management achievement
3. I volunteered at a convenience store in Kiefer for about 2-1/2 years so I could learn how to manage a store, ran a cash register and make change. It was run by friends and I had always wanted to own the grocery store my Dad was manager of.
