EXPERIENCE

Maintenance Enterprises Boilermaker 2013- 2015

Assembled and disassembled heat exchangers, installed alloy piping, check valves, manifold headers and screw pipe. Assembled water sparges along with heat probes on reactors.

J.V. Industrial Boilermaker 2002-2014

Removed and reinstalled bottom bearings, wave rings, cat quills, poppa check valves on reactors and separators. Pulled heads off of compressor pumps, cleaned and measured specs with micrometer. Readjust cylinders in pumps on high pressure tubing. Hydraulic torqued tension on valves and process equipment.

Zachry Industrial Boilermaker 2007-2011

Removed and replaced control valves, pressure relief valves, gate valves, butterfly valves and expansion joints. Removed and reinstalled steam tracers, heat exchangers, baffle plates, and retubed heat exchangers. Transporting material equipment to and from units with forklift.

Jacobs Field Services Boilermaker 2004-2006

Removed gate valves, disassembled, cleaned housing, installed new bonnets and stems. Reinstalled valves along with new gaskets and bolts. Torqued to specifications and retorqued.

Bay Limited Boilermaker 2000-2004

Removed and replaced dollar plates, channel heads, bell heads, and floating heads. Pulled bundles, inspected and hydro-tested exchangers.
