the first 3 months of work. After completion of training was moved up to assistant supervisor in

November of 2011. Now as supervisor of weekend shift, I am currently responsible for over 12

employees and maintain upkeep and routine maintainence for 5 jennerjahn slitter machines,

quality control of all product being shipped, employees hours, vacation time and scheduled days
