Description
The Seshasayee Paper Boards and Limited company using the drag chain conveyor in Electrostatic Precipitator for material handling which is able to remove only 8 tons of ash per hour instead of 9 tons. In our project new sprocket is designed and velocity is increased from 1440m/hr to 2023.2m/hr for carrying 11 tons of ash/hr which could eliminate the problem such as improper disposal of ash and low speed conveyor
