HiQ International AB is a listed IT and management consultancy firm specializing in communications, software development and business-critical IT. The company has ten offices in Sweden, Finland and Russia and has about 1500 employees. HiQ's areas of expertise include companies in the fields of telecoms, mobility, simulation technologies, critical business systems, games, media and entertainment and IT in vehicles.

Andreas was the first SharePoint developer at the Stockholm Office when he started and helped setup most of the SharePoint fundamentals for development such as developing machines, TFS, computer requirements and also guidelines how the HiQ sellers should interact with clients who are talking about SharePoint. Currently HiQ Stockholm has five (5) SharePoint developers and one (1) configurator.

Delivery Quality Consulting AB (DQC AB) 2012-07 – 2013-04

DQC is an IT company and a Microsoft Gold Partner, which since 2007 has provided SharePoint solutions to companies and organizations. DQC mission is to provide comprehensive system solutions that measurably increases the profitability of our customers. With comprehensive system solutions, we mean everything from strategic consulting to project implementation and management.

Andreas started as a trainee and then became a full time employee after a successful trainee period. Andreas left DQC to find a more stable company due to DQC recession and also because DQC could not give Andreas any more consultant assignments at this point. GENESTA NORDIC REAL ESTATE INVESTORS 2013-05 - Current

SharePoint developer/architect

Genesta is a Fund and Asset Management Company that works in commercial building within the Nordics. Genesta has been working with SharePoint 2007/2010 and 2013 on premise.

2013-05 Document Management - Andreas together with an architect started developing a first version of a custom Document Management system that contained a main document library with over 10 000 documents. Andreas also became head developer for the maintenance agreement for the SharePoint application between his current employer and Genesta.

2013-11 new version of Best Practice - Andreas became solution architect and developer at Genesta. At this time a new version of a custom made Best Practice system was being built. The Best Practice system was Processes (document sets) that was seen from multiple Areas. Keywords/Tags was implemented to find each Process easier and a custom search was created to make it easier to find processes through keywords or internal owners of the process. Also Templates was implemented and migrated into the processes with an owner and workflows to keep each template up to date.

2014-04 Migration to SharePoint 2013 - A team of one developer, a trainee, a UX person, project leader and Andreas as solution architect and developer, handled a migration of over 200 sites from SharePoint 2007 and SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2013. Within this project a highly branding and responsive SharePoint site was made with over 30 custom made apps to fulfill all users’ requirements and make the collaboration platform usable from any device.

2014-08 HR Site - Andreas together with a team of two developers started a new project called HR Site/My Page which was a tool for the HR department at Genesta. Personal documents was stored, personal information regarding name, salary, benefits was stored and then tracked to easier have easy access to the information instead of storing it in a document. Gifts declaration for the employees and also notes regarding each employee. Every little item being highly secured and only visible for the responsible users.

In this project a system for the annual performance review was also developed. A simple form was created were the employee name and date for the annual performance was entered in. Two review forms where then sent out to the employee and the manager. These forms were filled out prior to the performance review and was used for the base discussion during the performance review. Afterwards both the employee and manager went into the system again and entered in their commitments for the year. The following review would then show the recent commitments that both the employee and the manager had committed too.

2014-10 The same team continued to develop a new project called Genesta templates which was a template for all the property and companies within Genesta. These templates contained multiple custom made apps and could easily be setup by any SharePoint administrators within minutes of request.

2014-12 Document Management – Genesta wanted to create a system that could handle contracts better. From creating the contract to follow up on start/end date, budget and notice periods. A tool to help the Asset Managers have more and easier ownership of their contracts along with correspondence and RFP. Andreas was the solution architect and developer together with one other developer. The new Document Management system is now rolling out at Genesta and employees are being educated by Andreas during the spring of 2015.

2015-03 Business Plan Management System – Andreas together with another developer created a task management system to help Genesta work with all their Business Plans for each property and asset within the fund. The goal with the system is to simplify and follow up on all Business plans that are set even prior to purchase of the property. The system is still under development and is in a pilot phase at Genesta.

STOCKHOLM GLOBE ARENAS 2013-04 – 2013-05

Stockholm Globe Arenas creates and provides events for about 1.5 million people each year in Stockholm, Sweden and is Sweden’s number one event company.

Andreas and another developer configured and developed an on premise platform in SharePoint 2010. SGA was not ready for either the cloud nor felt that SharePoint 2013 was ready yet.

Also a timer job was developed to get events from an external system (Eventbooking.com). The timer job fetched events and event data and created event sites for internal and external users to collaborate on. Information was fetched every hour to help internal and external users get started faster with their events. Example of external users that used the system was Nation Live, Djurgarden Football and Hammarby Football.

GENESTA NORDIC REAL ESTATE INVESTORS 2013-01 - 2013-04

Genesta is a Fund and Asset Management Company that works in commercial building within the Nordics.

During this time Andreas developed a Decision Management system that handled a Genesta Companies meetings, minutes and proposals within SharePoint. Users and external parties could send proposals to an entity within Genesta’s subsidiaries. A meeting was then created in the system and collected all the proposals. The system had a workflow and created agenda and minutes (Word documents) automatically depending on the proposal and the decision text.

DIALECT AB 2012-11 – 2013-01

Dialect is one biggest companies within IT and Mobile solutions for companies in Sweden.

Andreas educated Office 365 administrators and sales to become better at Office 365 and SharePoint online as a main focus. The education goal was to create a better understanding for the Office 365 product and also help Dialect AB sell more Office 365 to their customers. Andreas also developed a custom SharePoint online Dialect package that Dialect sold to customers. This solution contained a branded site with project management, document management and also news publishing system.

STRUKTON RAIL AB 2012-10 – 2013-01

Strukton Rail AB builds and maintain railway system around multiple country’s around Europe and is Scandinavia’s biggest railway maintenance company.

Andreas and a team of three people developed and configured an on premise SharePoint collaboration platform along with a custom news publishing with workflows. Each news post was published on either a local region page, a department, a country or the whole company. Also customization was done with branding the site with a custom masterpage with built in controls/web parts such as a calendar, RSS feed and “ask a question” web part.

Baburo AB is a company that builds Apps in Office 365. The company is a subsidiary to DQC were Andreas did his training and also started is consultant career.

Andreas and a team of five (5) people worked on a new version of a custom collaboration platform. In the new version a project management tool was to be implemented. Andreas also helped customers during this period to brand their SharePoint online portals to look more in the line of the company.

ORRENS HOMECARE AB 2007-08 – 2012-08

IT Coordinator/Web/SharePoint developer

Orrens Homecare AB is a homecare company that works with elderly in their homes. Andreas worked here during his education at Nackademin University as an IT coordinator and developer.

2007 to 2010 the company used WordPress as both external and internal web solution as an information platform for their employees as well as elder and their relatives. Andreas developed and maintained this platform alone during this time. The platform had about 50 unique visits each week.

2011 when Office 365 launched Orrens Homecare started using it as a collaboration platform alongside with the WordPress site with Andreas as responsible for both migration, development and educator.
