I was in charge of stocking the new shoe orders that came in and needed to be displayed, stocked the shelves with whatever items needed to be put out for that day. Helped customers with questions on their shoe needs and any other questions they may have. I would also take phone orders, cash handling, and web orders. My main job was to provide good customer service to each and everyone that came or called the store. I would help customers with any questions regarding shoes, special orders, and large orders for an entire school. I would stock the shelves; unload boxes from the back to the front shelves for displays. Clean up the store at night after closing in what ever needed to be cleaned.
