- Conceptualized and implemented an ergonomically designed undercarriage
washer to eliminate potential workers compensation claims, which was
recognized as an “ergonomic project of the month” by management.
- Created, modified and consolidated assembly standard work processes to
alleviate new employee confusion and defects, including visuals. This was
accomplished for 11 assembly areas to increase velocity while decreasing
quality issues and included implementation of mistake proofing petroleum
products with the application with color coding and numbering.
