that all pre-deployment training of Arizona Guard employees was conducted in accordance with applicable

Hired staff, resourced and implemented the Mobilization Training Branch program with the mission of
planning, conducting and validating in-state pre-deployment training and preparation of soldiers for combat
operations overseas; a revolution in Army training methodology resulting in more thorough training and

1,000 people.
Implemented planning, training, executing and effectiveness of post-mobilization training for more than
14,000 Army National Guard, Army Reserve, Active Army, Air Force and Navy personnel deploying to Iraq
and Afghanistan.
