operations in a three shift operation. Cost and delivery requirements.

motivating personnel. Develops a forecast weekly and plans day to
day operations throughout 3 shifts. Responsible for all staffing
(hourly and salary), development of CBA and all grievances.

to March 2009 Plant Superintendent. Responsible for day to day operations, in the
following areas: grinding, screening, shipping / receiving and
maintenance. Other responsibilities were to hire and train new hires.

to September 2005 Supervisor. First line supervisor in the stamping, welding, assembly
and paint line departments. Responsible for 65 employees on a daily
basis, worked with scheduling for on time deliveries and supervised
the daily routines of the maintenance and die repair departments.

to April 1993 Supervisor. Set-up person on Ackme Screw machines, changing and
sharpening of all tools, changing of cams and gears also responsible
for trouble shooting of machines. Responsible for set-up of burr oak
machines and traubs. Within two years with CTP was promoted to
shift supervisor.
EDUCATION Received High School Diploma in general studies from
Columbia High School, Brooklyn, Michigan
