Led the Requirement development and management for a cost savings tracking data repository web
application. Allowing different divisions to employ and share cost savings ideas. Resulting in a
quarterly cost savings of $250K.
Developed requirements and managed the project creating a web-based loan intake application for a
Loan Mitigation company, streamlining the very manual process, resulting in the ability for the
management team to lower the FTE head-count by 25% as well as expeditiously processing the loan
mitigation process.
Lead Business/Systems Analyst/Project Manager on a mortgage application, supporting over a
