• To assist with the organisation of the office, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, including e mails,
answering the telephone, taking and recording messages. To support the Managing Director in the day to day
operation of all routine and urgent correspondence and prepare other communications as required. Carry out
all admin tasks relating to recruitment and induction of new staff. To maintain filing systems and staff records
for sickness and holidays.
To word process reports, letters, staff contracts and other documentation as needed. Maintain office supplies
and enter candidate information on to in house data base system. Undertake general clerical duties, interview
candidates for jobs and run a number of my own assignments. To participate in staff meetings and training

• Carried out recruitment for Computer and Road Haulage Courses for existing staff that needed further training
or to provide training to allow people to be placed back into work with the assistance of the ESF funding.
• Arrange lunches for delegates participating in courses and producing course literature as required
• Assist in induction’s onto management courses as required
• Undertake marketing recruitment drives to recruit individuals onto courses. Maintenance of live database.
• Train new staff in tele-sales techniques as required. Assist in the production of marketing literature
• Assist the ESF Office Manager in the production of performance targets and take necessary action to meet
targets on a monthly basis
