university partners. As Program Director, managed a seven-person office staff, championed fundraising
efforts, and revised the training manual to include procedural updates for general operations protocol and
Massachusetts small claims statutes in the areas of landlord-tenant, automobile, home-improvement,
consumer, personal disputes, and credit and debt law. As Director of Legal Research, served as point
person for legal and procedural questions and led community outreach efforts.
