Responsibilities

Pension/benefit administration for multi-site, global manufacturing company. Track and file QDROs for pension

and 401k plans, file 5500s, assist with stock option awards, reconcile all bills for self-insured and fully-insured

benefits, worker’s compensation, pension, etc. Draft plan documents/summary plan descriptions. Meet with

vendors. Assist with quarterly QIP Program. Perform cost analysis and benchmarking for benefit selection.
