Direct Brokerage accounts. These accounts had additional filters on product

data within the data mining tools that purposely controlled information

viewed by the account.

Developed test strategies documentation, and tested various functions

within a Claim Management and Billing software application. This

application serviced Worker's Compensation claims. This was practiced in an

Agile Software Development environment.

Authored Sql queries to set up test data and verify test results. Some

queries accessed multiple databases and tables.

Designed and Executed positive and negative tests for the QA Rules Engine

application. Bills from the providers would be checked by this function for

important claim details. These details included Diagnostic Codes, Provider

Tax ID, Patient Zip Code, and a comparison of Contract Signed Date with

actual treatment dates.

Verified the operation of the Treatment Rules. This section of the

application checked that the proper treatment was followed for the stated

injury. This application would then route the claim to the corresponding

Bill Review Nurse for approval or denial.

Performed full function testing of the Autocase Assignment application.

Bills that had lost their CaseID in the system could be reassigned with

this application. This saved many hours of manual searching for the CaseID

by a staff worker. Tests had to exercise the many parameters it required to

match a bill to a CaseID. This testing required grey box testing to test

much of its functionality because it was necessary to have the knowledge of

the internal data structures and algorithms for purposes of designing the

test cases.

Participated in Regression Testing, during each release phase. Areas tested

included: Navigation, Admin Functions, Import and Export from client, Claim

Management, Bill Review, and others as needed. These tests included white

box testing, report testing, data testing, and bill transfer testing.

Merrill Lynch Account for the entire five years of working in BusinessEdge

Solutions.

Led Test Team for Datastore User Interface (Phase I) The Team totaled 5

testers executing over 1500 scripts to 100% completion. Testing also

included Audit Trail of transactions.

Developed 800 Test Scripts for Datastore Payroll Feed Testing for phase II.

These scripts cover the tests required to ensure individual fields are

properly updated.

Executed tests in both Test and PRODUCTION Environments. These tests

included transactions that covered ETL back-end processing across three

databases, including a DB2 Mainframe database.

Performed Manual Tests according to Test Scripts to identify system defects

on the Benefits Online application of this financial services company.

Other applications tested include Employer Stock, Goal Manager Conversion,

Advice Access, FEDEX hard-coding, eReporting, and Retiree Analysis. Both

Front-end and End-to-end Tests were executed in the WEB, Sponsor, and

BASEWEB environments.

Monitored XML transfers used to test transactions with the McCamish Back-

end Financial Records System for the Deferred Compensation (Non-Qualified)

Plans.

Provided testing support for content driven menu navigation of Defined

Benefits, both Milliman and Hojo Back-end Financial Records Systems.

Performed Goal Manager Conversion to Advice Access Tests using RSM0

transactions on MLII Mainframe. Testing of this application involved

validation of the fund-transfer transaction card (T 365) and updates to

participants' data elements on MLII Mainframe.

Analyzed Advice Access Portfolio Management System transactions results for

the Ibbotson Financial Engine using the Test Harness. Verified correct

Portfolio Accounting. This system used a total Asset Management approach to

develop a portfolio.

Executed Navigation, Homepage, and POP testing for the new look and feel

for Benefits-on-Line application.

Validated report scheduling and correct report output using BOL Admin to

test eReporting section software.

Completed Release and eFix testing for the Production Environment of the

Benefits-on-Line application.

Created Test Cases and Test Scripts from Business Requirements. Test Cases

were developed to support Manual Test Environments. The technique of

building Test Cases and Scripts from requirements results in project cost

Authored Test Methodology based on Rational Unified Process. (RUP) This

process included the development of RUP Artifacts for the Test Plan, Test

This included Underwriting, Claims, CRM, and Reports for the application
