V Taking care of certificate of insurance for vendors.
V Coordinating with insurance agent for COBRA plan.
Human Capital Management
V Discussion of billing rates of projects & salary rates of employees.
V Ensure minimal hiring cost per employee & minimum negative outflow of

V Meeting with COO to give detail report of bench employee, total
expenses on each consultant, revenue generation, attrition management

V Handling resource allocations for US accounts (Onsite and Offshore
both)
V Liasing with Business Development Managers and Project Managers to
capture resource requirements
